Support us

Without support from our community, Discovery City Children's Museum would not be as spectacular as it is.

In-kind donations, sponsorships, monetary support and volunteers are crucial to the success of this museum.

The Knowlton Ice Museum

Discovery City Children’s Museum is housed in the Knowlton Museum thanks to a partnership with the Community Foundation of St. Clair County and the generosity of the Knowlton family. For the next few years, Discovery City will bring small children and families an opportunity to play and learn at Discovery City. The Knowlton Museum ice collection from the 1800s and 1900s, and various other artifacts, will come back into the space in future years for the public to enjoy once again. We are grateful for the opportunity to use the Knowlton Museum space to bring Discovery City to life.
